Help Save the Hollow Brook Bridge
This hand-built bridge has stood unchanged for more than a century. Time and weather have opened voids and shifted stones, weakening the arch. Your support will help stabilize the structure and protect a historic landmark before the damage progresses.
The Hollow Brook Bridge Needs You
Built in the late 1800s, the stone arch bridge in Hollow Brook Preserve is one of the last of its kind in Tewksbury. For nearly a century it has stood quietly in the woods, carrying the memory of a time when bridges were made with local stone and skilled hands.
Now, stones are slipping and mortar has failed. Without preservation, this rare landmark could be lost.
Work is expected to begin in 2026. Your support today will help us stabilize and restore the bridge for generations to come.
