Join Yoga Instructor and Sound Therapist Katie Brunner as she hosts an immersive experience in the forest. You may have heard the term "forest bath" but we're taking it to another level! Join us for a brief, shaded hike in the loop between Kenny's Trail and the Henge. When we arrive at the Henge, Katie will lead a gentle Yoga class and end with a Sound Bath, accompanying the sounds of nature with that of singing bowls. A perfect way to wind down our Summer Sunset Series.
